They give you hints, examples, and much much more. It's an awesome website for you to start with.

www(dot)instructables(dot)com/howto/knex/     ------> This website is helpful because people from all over the world post knex builds, with this website you can easily get a perspective of what a knex car would look like. They not only have cars but they also have stools, roller coasters, ball machines, and a lot more. All you have to do is type what you're looking for in their search bar.
